Every custom Control Tower is handcrafted individually from premium USA-sourced GE 214 quartz. Because your piece is built specifically for you, please be aware of the following:

Lead Time: 2–4 weeks from order confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking once your piece is complete and on its way.

We will reach out via email after your order is placed to confirm your specifications and review your artwork before production begins. Please make sure your contact info is accurate and check your inbox.

Custom orders are final sale. Due to the made-to-order nature of this product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your piece arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Artwork & Engraving Specs

• Accepted formats: PNG, SVG, AI, PDF
• Preferred: high-contrast black & white or vector files
• Size: keep key details within a 1" x 1" area for optimal clarity on quartz
